Spartans Have Strong Opening Saturday at USC Upstate Invitational

Spartanburg, S.C. – The USC Upstate women's tennis team posted a 13-2 combined record on the opening day of the USC Upstate Invitational on Saturday at the USC Upstate Tennis Complex.
The Spartans posted the 13-2 mark after playing doubles matches against Gardner-Webb, Austin Peay and ETSU, and a singles flight against Gardner-Webb.
Upstate will wrap up the tournament tomorrow beginning at 9 a.m.
