Sigaki, Zarama to Represent Upstate at ITA Carolinas Regional

Spartanburg, S.C. – USC Upstate women's tennis student-athletes Carol Sigaki and Vale Zarama will travel to Chapel Hill, N.C. this weekend to take part in the ITA Carolinas Regional at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center. North Carolina will serve as the host school for the event.
Sigaki and Zarama will play as doubles partners beginning on Thursday. Sigaki will play in the main singles bracket against an opponent to be announced. Zarama will face Winthrop's Megan Kauffman in the qualifying singles bracket at 9 a.m. Thursday.
Upstate continues its fall season next weekend at the Wofford Invitational.
