Upstate Announces Soccer Schedule Changes for this Weekend

Spartanburg, S.C. – The USC Upstate men's and women's soccer teams have announced a pair of schedule changes for games slated to be played over the next few days at County University Soccer Stadium.
The men's soccer team was slated to host Liberty in its home opener on Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. Due to possible inclement weather in the Spartanburg area, the contest has now been moved to 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon. The game will be streamed on ASUN.TV via Facebook Live.
The women's soccer match against South Carolina State scheduled for Monday, Sept. 4 has been postponed. A makeup date has not been announced at this time. Friday's match against Hampton will be played as scheduled at 7:30 p.m.
Admission to all Upstate soccer matches this season are free of charge.
The Eye Opener Invitational, hosted by the cross country team, is still scheduled for Friday at 6:30 p.m. from Milliken Research Center.
