ROCK HILL, S.C. – Tallying her first career double-digit kill match Saturday afternoon against Winthrop, senior setter/right-side hitter
Allie Hamsher accomplished a feat for USC Upstate volleyball that the program hadn't seen since 2017.
Finishing the match with 10 kills, 13 assists, and 12 digs Saturday, Hamsher became the third Spartan to record a triple-double, recording the 15
th in program history. She's the first Spartan since Madison Haake on November 5, 2017, to record a triple-double as she joins Haake and Sara Henrichs in exclusive company.
Leading to her career-best 10 kills, Hamsher posted a .292 hitting efficiency, committing just three errors on a career-high 24 swings. Over the last three matches, she's tallied a hitting percentage of .429, collecting 22 kills with four errors on 42 attempts.

Kelly Wiedemann finished behind Hamsher in the box score, adding six kills apiece with junior right-side hitter

Adding 14 and 13 digs, respectively, Gamueda and senior libero
Mackenzie Marcum joined Hamsher with double-digit digs with Saturday's match marking the fourth time in the past five matches with three or more players tallying 10 or more digs.
In service, three Spartans landed an ace as all three extended service ace streaks. Senior middle blocker
Alexis Mareko extended her streak of matches with an ace to 12 while Wiedemann extends her streak to seven matches and sophomore setter
Emma McElveen's streak extends to six.
UP Next for the Spartans
Heading into the final weeks of the regular season, Upstate returns to the G.B. Hodge Center for its final two home matches of the season. The Spartans host Campbell Friday night at 6 p.m. ET before welcoming Hampton Saturday at 2 p.m.
