Saturday, Upstate heads to Winthrop for a 4 p.m. first serve, as the Eagles make the return trip to the G.B. Hodge Center on Nov. 8.

Spartan women's and men's soccer pick competition back up Saturday, hosting a doubleheader at County University Soccer Stadium. Women's soccer hosts Longwood at 3:30 p.m. with men's soccer welcoming High Point at 7 p.m.

Upstate cross country heads to the Bluegrass State before it hits the course Saturday at the Live in Lou Classic. The men's 8K race starts at 10:45 a.m. with the women's 5k race starting at 11:30 a.m.
