Reunited at last! Calling all former student-athletes for Family and Alumni Weekend October 3-5

SPARTANBURG, SC -- The USC Upstate athletic department invites all former USC Upstate and USCS student-athletes to return to campus for a host of special reunion events slated as part of the University's festive Family and Alumni Weekend!
Thursday, October 3
The festivities begin on Thursday, October 3rd with Morgan Square Madness, South Carolina's only outdoor basketball tip-off event to be held for the third consecutive year in Morgan Square in downtown Spartanburg. For complete details on this free, community event, click here.
Friday, October 4
USC Upstate volleyball takes center stage on Friday as the ladies host Gardner-Webb at 6:00 pm inside the G. B. Hodge Center. The Welcome Reception for Family and Alumni Weekend will be held in the lobby of the arena on Friday night. Register here!
Saturday, October 5
A trifecta of events begins with volleyball's alumni day as they prepare for a morning alumni match and refreshments followed by an afternoon social hour preceding the Spartans first serve against Winthrop at 4pm.
Women's soccer alumnae are invited to County University Soccer Stadium for game one of the soccer doubleheader as the Spartans take on Longwood. The Alumnae Tailgate starts at 3:00 pm with kick-off at 3:30 pm – the gathering is free, but RSVP is required - Register here! Families, please note the Athletic Department and Office of Student Affairs are partnering in a number of interactives for the match including fan interactives that create the new "Goal Zone" including cornhole, ladder golf, and a kid-size goal scoring area will be enhanced with bounce houses, face painter and balloon artist plus displays from several Upstate Athletics corporate partners.
An All-Athletes Alumni Event – open to former student-athletes from ALL programs and their guests are invited to join the fun at 6:30 pm for an "outdoor" Champions Suite experience to be held in conjunction with the men's soccer match vs. High Point. Light gameday fare and beverages on us are planned and while again this event is free, but RSVP is required here. We can't wait to see you there!
