2022 (Junior): Started all 58 games in the 2022 season. She had 161 at-bats and 53 hits earning herself a .329 batting average. She had eight doubles and 15 home runs along with 16 runs and 62 RBI’s. She finished the season tied for the second all-time record for RBI in a season. Darnell helped Hawkins earn his 1000th career win with a walk-off home run against FIU. Against FIU she had two runs, two hits, and five RBI’s.
2021 (Sophomore): Started all 46 games in the 2021 season. She had 141 at-bats and 42 hits earning herself a .298 batting average. She had six doubles and 10 home runs along with 16 runs and 38 RBI’s. She finished the season with 262 putouts and a .993 fielding percentage.
2020 (COVID/Freshman): She started all 24 games in the 2020 season. She had 63 at bats and 23 hits earning herself a .365 batting average. She had six double and 1 home run along with 10 runs and 16 RBI’s. Darnell went 4 for 4 on stolen bases while having two putouts and finishing the season with a 1.000 fielding percentage.
