2019 (Senior): Leaves USC Upstate as one of the most decorated players in program history…In an injury plagued senior season, Ellis still managed to appear in 13 games and make 12 starts in 920 minutes of action…The Tar Heel State native led the Spartans in goals (5), points (12) and game winning goals (2)…The senior leaves holding the school record in several categories including, points (62), goals (26), game-winning goals (8), shots attempted (168), penalty kicks made (6) and penalty kicks attempted (7)…Ellis also holds the assists record (10) in the Division I era.
2018 (Junior): Started 16 of the 20 games she played in, totaling 1,480 minutes played. Ellis scored 15 goals on the season, along with 3 assists. Recorded a total of 33 assists. 2016 (Freshman): Played in 15 games with 11 starts…Led the team with two assists, both coming against North Florida…Took a season-high five shots at South Carolina State.
High School: Attended Grace Christian Academy and Calvary Baptist Day School where she earned varsity letters in soccer, basketball, softball and golf…Scored 77 goals during her first three seasons, including 27 goals as a junior…Named MISAL Player of the Year as a freshman and team MVP from her freshman to junior seasons…Earned All-Conference recognition in softball, basketball and golf.
