2022 (Senior): Named to the Big South All-Conference First Team… One of three Spartans to start all 18 matches of the season… scored her first goal of the season vs VMI (09/17/2022)... recorded the first game-winning goal of her career vs Winthrop (10/22/2022)... ended the season with six points (3G)... recorded 1434 minutes of action, the most non-goalie minutes on the team.

2021 (Junior): Started 13 of the 14 games she played in the 2021 season. McKnight took the field for 1,075 minutes and had seven complete matches on the season. She played the full 90 minutes in the last five games of the season, helping the Spartans get clean sheet victories over Presbyterian 10/09/21 and Hampton 10/26/21. 

2020 (Sophomore): Started all eight matches of the 2020 season. McKnight took the field for a team-high 779 minutes and had eight complete matches on the season. She played the full 90 minutes versus Charleston Southern on 4/3/21, helping post a clean sheet defensively. 

2019 (Freshman): Started all 16 matches of the 2019 season. McKnight took the field for a team-high 1,518 minutes in the back line and had 16 complete matches on the season. She played 110 minutes versus East Tennessee State on 8/28/19 and Hampton on 9/21/19, helping post clean sheets defensively in both matches. 

2019 (FRESHMAN): Started all 16 matches on the season … Accumulated a team-high 1,518 minutes along the backline on the year … Tallied 16 complete matches on the season … Played 110 minutes versus East Tennessee State on 8/28/19 and Hampton on 9/21/19, helping post clean sheets defensively in both matches … Made her USC Upstate debut with a start versus American on 8/25/19.

PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Competed at Lafayette High School, earning letters in soccer and basketball … Played for Virginia Legacy Soccer Club on the club level … Member of the National English and Math Honors Societies.
