Serenity Collier

Serenity Collier joined USC Upstate Athletics as an athletic trainer in July 2025, supporting Men's Soccer, Cross Country and Track and Field.

Most recently, she served as an athletic training student at Upstate, assisting with men’s basketball and cross country and track and field, where she provided injury prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and on-court care. Collier gained extensive clinical experience throughout her graduate studies at Winthrop University, working with a variety of teams and settings from high school to semi-pro leagues. Her other experience included football at Rock Hill High School, women’s soccer at Winthrop University, and multiple spring sports at Nation Ford High School. Collier also gained experience in an orthopedic clinic setting with OrthoCarolina and provided medical support at the United States Disc Golf Championship hosted at Winthrop University.

Collier is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and holds current CPR certification, along with additional certifications in various medical and emergency care areas.

Collier earned her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Winthrop University in May 2025 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Winthrop in 2023. She began her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina.
