SPARTANBURG, S.C. – After a stellar start to his sophomore campaign, Torrey Craig (Great Falls, S.C.) has been named to the CollegeHoops.net All-Atlantic Sun Conference team for the month of November.
Craig helped the Spartans post a 5-2 mark in November as he averaged 14.3 points and 7.3 rebounds per contest. In the home opener against Piedmont College (11/14), Craig tallied 16 points and fell just one rebound shy of a double-double. Against Texas-Pan American (11/18), the Spartan forward finished with 15 points and eight rebounds as Upstate downed the Broncs, 70-66.
Against Texas State (11/20), Craig recorded his first double-double of the season with 17 points and 11 rebounds as the Spartans defeated the Bobcats in Edinburg, Texas, 82-74.
Craig tallied 20 points as Upstate led wire-to-wire in a 78-63 victory over UTPA (11/25) in the Hodge Center. He followed with a team-high 16 points as five Spartans reached double figures in an 88-54 win over Victory (11/27).
