Spartanburg, S.C. – The USC Upstate women's soccer team put the finishing touches on its 2013 home schedule this weekend when the Spartans host Jacksonville and North Florida from County University Soccer Stadium.
Upstate opens the weekend by playing host to Jacksonville Friday at 7 p.m. before facing North Florida Sunday at 1 p.m. on Senior Day. Prior to Sunday's match with the Ospreys, the Spartans will honor departing seniors Rachel Carr, Erika Kotterer, Sarah Plantz and Rebecca Sanzsole.
With only four regular season games remaining, the Spartans will look to add to their home successes they have enjoyed throughout the season. Upstate has turned in a pair of shutouts at home this season and has only been beaten twice inside the friendly confines of County University Soccer Stadium.
Admission to both games is free, but fans who are unable to attend can follow all of this weekend's action via live stats or A-Sun TV.
