Paksanont Leads Upstate on Final Day of Boston College Intercollegiate

Canton, Mass. – Pan Paksanont carded a final round 76 on Monday afternoon as the USC Upstate women's golf team wrapped up play at the Boston College Intercollegiate from the par 72, 6,137-yard Blue Hill Country Club.
Upstate posted a team score of 324 in the third round and finished in 14th place with a combined score of 946 (312-310-324).
Richmond won the Boston College Intercollegiate by 11 strokes over host Boston College with a score of 887. Richmond's Elsa Diaz won individual medalist honors by one stroke over Elon's Heather Munro at 1-over 217.
A LOOK AT THE SCORECARD
- Paksanont was the Spartans top individual performer on Monday with her final round 76. The sophomore placed in a tie for 21st position with a three-round score of 229 (78-75-76).
- Paksanont also led the team with a 4.30 stroke average in par 4 scoring and collected six birdies.
- Payton Culler contributed an even-par 5.00 stroke average in par 5 scoring and a team-leading 31 pars.
- Upstate concluded tournament play with 138 pars and 21 birdies.
- The Spartans posted a 3.33 stroke average in par 3 scoring, 4.47 stroke average in par 4 scoring and 5.40 stroke average in par 5 scoring.
