2022 Baseball Alumni Weekend slated for April 2nd

The USC Upstate baseball program has set the date for Alumni Weekend, inviting back all members from the program since its inception as a collegiate varsity sport in 1986. The festivities are slated for Saturday, April 2, 2022 and will be highlighted by the Spartans showdown against Big South rival High Point at Cleveland S. Harley Park. The weekend also coincides with the University's celebration of Homecoming as well.

The Spartans and Panthers are slated to play game two of the three game weekend series Saturday at 4:00 pm. Â There will be tailgating opportunities available for baseball alumni which may be reserved through the University Alumni Office by clicking here.
Included in the activities will be a pregame batting practice on the field (time TBA) and refreshments for alumni during the game at Harley Park. All activities are listed by clicking on the "RSVP Today!" button on this page. We ask alumni to RSVP to ensure the best experience.Â
From the NAIA to Division II, to today as the Spartans compete in the Division I Big South Conference, Upstate head coach Mike McGuire is looking to reconnect all members of the program.Â
