Players to Watch
USC Upstate: Captaining one of the nation's top-five floor defenses—Upstate ranks fifth in the NCAA with 17.71 digs per set—senior libero Julia Gladhill leads all Big South liberos with 264 total digs. She ranks second in the league averaging 4.55 digs per set, picking up her 264 digs over 58 sets. She's collected nine or more digs in all 15 matches this season, reaching double-figure digs on 13 occasions, including surpassing 20-plus digs six times.

High Point: Leading the Big South with 236 kills and 266.5 points, graduate student outside hitter Dylan Maberry is proving why she was named the conference's Preseason Player of the Year. She's recorded double-digit kills in 14 of 15 matches this season, seeing a streak of 21 consecutive matches with 10 or more kills snapped Wednesday versus New Hampshire.

Radford: A three-time Big South Player of the Week, graduate student right-side hitter Sydney Mundkowsky enters the weekend leading the conference in kills and points per set, averaging 4.51 kills and 5.17 points per set. She's accrued 10 or more kills in nine matches this season, putting forth a league-high 30 kills versus Fairleigh Dickinson on Aug. 30 while also putting up 28 kills against Morehead State on Sep. 7.

Up Next for the Spartans
Following its two-game stretch that finishes a streak of six of the team's past eight matches at the G.B. Hodge Center, Upstate hits the road for its lone split weekend of the regular season. The Spartans compete Friday and Sunday next week, travelling to Charleston Southern (6 p.m. ET) and Presbyterian (2 p.m.).
