Farmville, Va. – Upstate Men's Soccer was on the road again, resuming conference play against the Longwood Lancers. As a team, the Spartans put up 18 shots and had 9 corner kicks. The final score would fall in favor of the Lancers.

Down but not out, it was Dario Stadler who scored his first goal of the season in the second half, putting the Spartans on the board. He finished the night with a season-high four shots and three shots on goal. Just nine minutes later, Stadler would assist Dzenan Cerimagic, who scored his fourth goal of the season. Adrian Panaite earned his third assist of the season and put up three shots. Sam ter Linde earned a new season high in shots with three and shots on goal with one.
