Head Coach Carson Blackwelder Announces the 2025 Men's and Women's Cross Country Schedule

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Head Coach Carson Blackwelder has released the 2025 men's and women's cross country schedule.

Beginning the season at home, the Spartans host the Eye Opener for the fourth consecutive season. The meet takes place at Milliken Research Park on August 29 at 6:30 pm.

Traveling to Charlotte next, Upstate competes in the Queen City Invite at 4:00 pm on September 12.
Â
To open October, the Spartans head to the Bluegrass State for the Live in Lou meet on the fifth at 10:00 am.
Â
The second home meet of the season is the Upstate Invite on October 18th, beginning at 9:00 am.
Â
The Spartans start the postseason with the Big South Championships in Longwood, Virginia, on October 31 at 11:00 am.
Â
Closing out the season, the Spartans will compete in the NCAA Southeast Regional on November 14 up in Charlottesville, Virginia. The meet time is set for 11:00 am.
