Players to Watch
Upstate: Redshirt Junior Guard, Karmani Gregory leads Upstate with 15.5 points per game continuing to prove that he is one of the top combo guards in the Big South. Already having a player of the week honor under his belt, Gregory is ranked #11 in the Big South in scoring, #12 in Field goal percentage, #10 in free throw percentage and #25 with 1.0 steals a game. As Gregory continues his all-conference esq season, he will be a player to keep an eye on for Saturday's matchup as the engine of the Spartan offense while guarding the opposing team's best guard/wing on the perimeter.
Presbyterian: Junior Guard, Carl Parrish has provided well needed scoring in the backcourt for the Blue Hose as Presbyterian continues to climb the standings in the final stretch of Big South play. Since January 21, 2026, Parrish has been on a tear in the scoring column with eight consecutive games in double figures and five games with 15+ points. Carl Parrish had his season high against UNC Asheville with 28 points shooting 10-for-13 from the field and 5-for-5 from beyond the arc. As he continues to find his rhythm more in Big South play, Parrish will be a player to watch for the Blue Hose as Presbyterian looks for the season sweep over Upstate.
Up next for the Spartans
