Women's Golf Heads to Hilton Head for Low Country Intercollegiate

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – Coming off their first top-10 team finish of the season at the El Campeón Collegiate, USC Upstate women's golf travels to Hilton Head for the Low Country Intercollegiate March 9-10.
The two-day tournament consists of 36-holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday.

Golfers to Watch
Facing tough conditions at the El Campeón Collegiate, Rylie Kosney led the Spartans with a score of 244, finishing in the top 20. Kosney also ranked ninth in player-pars for the tournament with 29.
Freshman Olivia Shields showed consistency in the previous tournament, improving her scorecard from the second to the third round.

About the Course: The Golf Club at Indigo Run is a signature course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II. For the tournament, a par 72, 6,707-yard layout will be used. The course blends strategic design with the natural beauty of Hilton Head's low country.
