Women's Golf Returns to Fripp Island for Big South Championship

FRIPP ISLAND S.C.– Returning to Fripp Island, USC Upstate women's golf was seeded ninth for the Big South Women's Golf Championship.
The tournament, held April 19-22, consists of 54-holes of stroke play with the top four teams advancing to match play on the 22nd to determine the champion. The champion receives an automatic bid to the NCAA Regionals.

Golfers to Watch
In the fall season at the Fripp Island Intercollegiate, both Rylie Kosney and Londyn Rath finished in the top-10, playing Ocean Creek Golf Course well.
Closing out the regular season at the Carolina Challenge Cup, Londyn Rath carded a 155, highlighted by her second round 71, the lowest of her Spartan career.
Last time at Fripp Island, Rylie Kosney earned a top-ten finish, posting a 234.
