Biography

Spring 2012: Posted a 6-14 mark in singles action and 8-13 record in doubles play during junior campaign… Spent most the year at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, while seeing action in 19 of her 21 doubles matches at the No. 2 slot… Picked up straight set A-Sun victories over FGCU’s Marina Diez on March 23, and Belmont’s Nikki Maciel on March 31…Earned A-Sun Conference Scholar recognition.

Before USC Upstate: Played two seasons of tennis at Tyler Junior College… Part of Tyler''s back-to-back National Championship squads (2010 & 2011, NJCAA)… Was a two-time All-American selection… Claimed an individual national championship at flight number six as a freshman… Led the squad in wins in 2010… Was the national runner-up during sophomore campaign after dropping the championship match (flight five)… Also excelled in the classroom, posting a perfect 4.0 GPA three different semesters.

High School: Played four years of tennis at Frenship High School… Earned district MVP honors as a senior… Was named newcomer of the year as a freshman.
