Honors:  2016 Unanimous ASUN All-Freshman Team

2016:  Began her Upstate career ranking third on the team in kills and tied for third in digs…Played in 31 matches with 30 starts, while appearing in 125 sets…Compiled 249 kills, 352 digs, 28 assists, 14 service aces and 16 blocks on the season…Recorded 11 double-doubles to rank second on the team…Had double-digit kills in 13 matches and 10 or more digs in 19 contests…Posted a career-high 17 kills at Jacksonville and 24 digs versus Charlotte…Added 22 digs in the match at Jacksonville…Averaged 1.99 kills per set and 2.82 digs per set…Named ASUN Freshman of the Week on Sept. 19.

High School:  Graduated from Bishop England High School…Lettered three years in volleyball, and one each in volleyball and track…Was a member of multiple Class AA state championship teams in all three sports…Served as team captain in both 2013 and 2014…Named the SCCAWS Class AA Player of the Year three times and Player of the Year by the High School Sports Report…Selected as a MaxPreps Class AA All-American in 2014.

Personal:  Born on Sept. 5, 1998….Parents are Todd and Janel Swanson…Has three sisters, Sawyer (20), Jasonia (18) and Shawna (14); and two brothers, Alex (21) and Lorenzo (16)…Is a pre-med major.
