Women's Basketball Participates in Cleanup Day at Northwest Recreation Center

Spartanburg, S.C. – The USC Upstate women's basketball team assisted the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority on Friday during a cleanup at the Northwest Recreation Center in Spartanburg.

Team members helped clean the facility by sweeping out storage areas and basketball courts, mopping floors, cleaning weight room equipment and taking out trash. Northwest Recreation Center provides indoor and outdoor recreation opportunities to Spartanburg residents.
