2019-20 (Sophomore): Started 19 of 25 games she played in…Went on a run where she matched or bested a career-high in six straight games spanning from Jan. 6 to Jan. 21…Scored a career-high 18 points at Gardner-Webb on Jan. 18…Pulled down a career-high 15 rebounds against Gardner-Webb on Feb. 29…Tied a career-high four blocks and set a career-high three assists against Hampton on Jan. 14…Recorded her first career double-double with a 16-point, 13-rebound effort against Longwood on Jan. 11…Led the Spartans with 36 total blocks on the year…Averaged 19.1 minutes, 7.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks per game.

2018-19 (Freshman): Played in 5 games with 1 start before her freshman season was cut short by injury. She played an average of 4.4 minutes per game with an average of .2 points per game. Her lone field goal came from a made free throw during a win over Converse College. Herring also had 4 blocks and 1 steal on the season. Her 4 blocks also came in the win over Converse.

High School:  Graduated from Spain Park High School…Averaged three blocks per game her senior year…Holds the school record for most blocks in a season at 90.
