2010 Outdoor: Crossed the finish line in the 3KSteeplechase on 5/15 with a 9:56.54 as Upstate’s topperformer for the season … Also competed in the 800m with aseason best, 2:05.51 (4/30) and 1500m with a 4:10.74 on 4/24… Posted a 9:11.34 in the 3000m on 3/20.
