2013:  Ran in five events…Began the year with his best performance after placing 17^th at the Eye Opener Invitational after his time of 27:04.87…Had a best-time in the 8K of 25:56.82 at the Blue Ridge Open.

2012:  Ran in all six events…Posted two top-15 performances led by a sixth-place finish at the Upstate Invite with a time of 26:56.15…Opened the season with a 15^th-place finish at the Eye Opener Invitational after his time of 27:30.13.

2011:  Helped the men’s team win the 2011 Atlantic Sun Championship, the program’s first team title…Upstate’s sixth finisher at the A-Sun meet, crossing the line in 27:07.69…Registered a season-best time of 26:02.70 at the Clemson Invite Sept. 16.

2010:  Named to the Atlantic Sun All-Freshmen Team…Ranks third in school history with a time of 25:50.12 at the Greater Louisville Classic Oct. 2, taking 188^th…Posted a time of 25:58.18, taking 24^th at the A-Sun Championship Oct. 30…Crossed the line in 26:05.23 to take 14^th at the Clemson meet Sept. 17…Claimed an eighth-place finish at the Upstate Invitational Oct. 16 with a time of 26:07.72…Finished 15^th at the Eye Opener Sept. 5 with a time of 26:24.
