2019-2020 (Senior): Fry was in the middle of a career season that was cut short due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Peach State native had a career low 71.88 scoring average, which ranked second on the team and fourth in the Big South. Fry’s season low 66 in the second round of the Kiawah Classic was the fourth lowest round in the Big South. Fry’s six-under par round was the best on the team this season. The senior had a .740 winning percentage in his final season and he recorded a single top-10 finish on the year.
2018-19 (Junior): Played in 27 rounds in 10 events during his junior season. Finished with a 77.14 stroke average on a total of 2035 strokes. Had a win/loss record of 327-318 giving him a win/loss percentage of .507. Finished in the top ten 1 time over the course of the season. Fry’s best finish came on Apr. 8th-9th when he finished tied for 7th at the Ryman Hospitality Intercollegiate Tournament. He shot 73 and 69 in the two rounds giving him a total score of 142. Fry’s score of 69 was a career low for him. He also finished the season with 2 top 20 finishes at both the Patriot Intercollegiate Tournament and the Big South Men’s Golf Championship.
