Biography
2013-14: Was named Preseason First Team All-Conference...Tied the Division I era record for games played in a season, along with teammate Raven Jefferson, with 32 while registering 18 starts…Finished 1st on the team in rebounding with 7.9 per game (253 total)and was 2nd in scoring in scoring with 10.5 per contest…Was 2nd on the squad in field-goal percentage with a 47.8% mark…Averaged 20.9 minutes of playing time per game…Ranked in the top 10 for the A-Sun in offensive rebounds (4th), rebounding (5th), field-goal percentage (5th) and defensive rebounds (9th)…In A-Sun games, was 2nd in offensive rebounds, 5th in rebounds, 8th in field-goal percentage and tied for 8th in defensive rebounds…Scored in double-figures 17 times and grabbed double-digit rebounds nine times…Recorded a team-high seven double-doubles on the season…Tallied a career-high 22 points on 10-of-12 shooting during home opener against Converse on Nov. 10…Also went 10-for-12 at the free-throw line at Kennesaw State on Feb. 22…Went a perfect 9-for-9 at the charity stripe on Dec. 7 in a road victory at UNC Asheville…Dished out three assists in conference opener against Northern Kentucky on Jan. 2…Had two blocks at home on Jan. 4 versus Lipscomb.
2012-13: Appeared in 30 games, while registering 23 starts…Led the team in rebounding with 6.3 per game, and was second in scoring at 10.3 per contest…Averaged 22.9 minutes per game…Earned Atlantic Sun All-Freshman Team honors…Posted 17 games with double-digit points including a career-high 21 against North Florida…Pulled down 10 or more rebounds in a game four times, highlighted by a career-best 15 against Jacksonville…Had four double-doubles on the season…Led the Atlantic Sun in field-goal percentage…Was named A-Sun Newcomer of the Week on Jan. 29.
High School: Sat out her senior season at Sumter due to a knee injury, but came off of a very successful summer in 2012 in the AAU circuit…Named to the All-Region team during her junior year at Sumter, while also picking up team MVP accolades…As a dual sport athlete at Sumter, she also earned the Most Valuable Offensive Award for basketball along with the MVP honor for volleyball.
