Spartanburg, S.C. - The USC Upstate cross country and track programs are hosting the 2nd Annual Gobble Your Giblets 5k Race Thanksgiving Day starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Hodge Center.
Although the cross country and track programs had planned on not running the Gobble Your Giblets 5k this year, there was such a tremendous response about staging the event that head coach Jimmy Stephens and his programs have decided to run the event afterall. Please see the above flyer for registration and event information.
With the race just three days away, everyone is encouraged to sign up on race day. There is a limited supply of T-shirts to give out, but reorders will be made if supplies run out.
USC Upstate faculty, staff and students will receive a special $15 rate for entry. This rate is available race day as well! It would help out tremendously if the registration form is completed in advance of registration on race day.
