Winston-Salem, N.C. – The USC Upstate indoor track and field teams wrapped up their season on Friday as the Spartans competed in the second day of the ASUN Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.

The Upstate men finished in fifth place with 40 points while the women finished in sixth place with 13 points.

Noteworthy

Desman Martin earned Second Team All-Conference honors thanks to a runner-up finish in the triple jump with a distance of 14.35 meters.
Tanner Saunders earned Third Team All-Conference laurels in the 60-meter hurdles after finishing in third with a time of 8.45.
Saunders finished in sixth place in the 400-meter dash.
The men's 4x400-meter relay team of Collins Livinus, Noah Walker, Timothy Devitt and Saunders finished earned Third Team All-Conference accolades after finishing in third with a time of 3:23.11.
Dorian Jones scored a fifth place finish in the mile.
Jaquille Mosley finished in sixth place in the weight throw.
Kennedy Holton finished in fifth place in the 60-meter hurdles.
Destinie Sykes finished in fourth place in the triple jump with a mark of 11.69 meters.
The women's 4x400-meter relay team of Courtney Bradley, Essence Jackson, Holton and Kayla Jordon finished in fourth place.
Men's personal bests include Mosley (weight throw), Jones (mile run), Livinus (400-meter dash), Devitt (400-meter dash), Bryson Hatten (weight throw), and Ronald Collins, Jr. (60-meter hurdles).
Women's personal bests were achieved by Kalyn Brown (weight throw), Nia Payne (mile run) Ashton Dilley (mile run) and Kelsey Warren (mile run).
