Tournament Preview
Coming off a two-and-a-half-week layoff and riding the momentum of a strong final round at the Sea Best Invitational, USC Upstate men's golf returns to the course this weekend, taking aim at the Savannah Intercollegiate. The two-day event tees off Saturday from the Club at Savannah Harbor in Savannah, Ga. with 36-holes before concluding with 18 holes Sunday.

Carding a final round 297 to close the Sea Best Invitational, Upstate turned in its fourth-lowest round of the season and lowest since the season-opening Streamsong Invitational. In the round, three Spartans posted their lowest rounds of the event as the Spartans turned in marks of 301-303-297-901.

Senior Brady Hinkle led the Spartans at the event, marking down scores of 74-73-68-215 as his final round 68 tied his career low round and marked the fourth sub-70 round for a Spartan this season—his third. He tied for 22^nd in the tournament field as his 54-hole total represented the third lowest of his career.

Behind Hinkle on the leaderboard were sophomore Barrett Josey and senior Sebastian Trujillio who carded scores of 72-78-79-229 and 80-76-74-230, respectively. Josey tied his career-low round with his opening-round 72 while Trujillio's 54-hole total marked his lowest of the season.
