Entering the midweek, he ranks second on the club with a .429 batting average, collecting six hits, including a double on the year, carrying a three-game hitting streak into Wednesday's game.
 
Western Carolina: Carrying the team's longest active hitting and reached base streaks into Wednesday's game, junior outfielder Hayden Friese holds a seven-game hitting and 16-game reached base streak. He crafts a .400 batting average through seven games, leading the Catamounts with two home runs on the year.
