JC Suddeth enters his first year as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at USC Upstate ahead of the 2024-2025 season, bringing a strong background in throws and track & field. Suddeth is a former student-athlete at Wingate University, where he competed in throws before transitioning into coaching.
Prior to joining USC Upstate, Suddeth served as a Graduate Assistant Track and Field Coach at Lenoir-Rhyne University, where he oversaw all throws events and assisted with the day-to-day operations of the program. His coaching experience also includes a role as a Volunteer Assistant Track and Field Coach at Wofford College, where he specialized in throws for the Terriers.
Suddeth holds both a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Wingate University and a Master’s in Sport Management from Wingate University at Ballantyne.
