McKown collected three All-Conference honors at the A-Sun Championships in the 400-meter hurdles, and as part of the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay teams. The senior became the first Spartan male athlete in program history to medal in the 400-meter hurdles and was also a member of the first men's 4x100-meter relay team to place in the top three. He would later help close out the A-Sun Championships by receiving Second Team All-Conference honors in the 4x400-meter relay.
