2014-15 Indoor: Became the first female athlete in school history to earn All-Conference honors in the high jump after placing second at the A-Sun Championships…Totaled 11 top-10 finishes while competing in all seven indoor meets…Turned in two more second place finishes at the App State Indoor Open in the high jump and 55-meter hurdles, while also pacing fourth in the shot put…Added another fourth place finish in the shot put during the season-opening UNCG Six-Way Meet…Posted two top-five finishes in the pentathlon at the Bob Pollock Classic and A-Sun Championships…Had a best finish in the 60-meter hurdles of fourth at the UNCG Six-Way Meet.
2014 Outdoor: Competed in numerous events including the 100-meter hurdles, 200-meter dash, high jump, long jump, discus throw, shot put, javelin throw and heptathlon…Set two school records at the A-Sun Championships in the high jump and heptathlon…Earned her second straight Third Team All-Conference honor in the heptathlon, and became the first Upstate female in program history to receive Second Team All-Conference accolades in the high jump…Recorded seven top-10 performances with six of them being 5th or better…Finished 1st in the heptathlon after finishing with 4,223 points at the Charlotte Invitational…Compiled personal-best marks in the discus throw (CCU Invitational), 200-meter dash (49er Classic), 100-meter hurdles (Carolina’s Cup), heptathlon (A-Sun Championships), shot put (A-Sun Championships) and high jump (A-Sun Championships).
2013-14 Indoor: Became the first Upstate athlete to earn All-Conference honors in the pentathlon as she was named to the Third Team after recording a school record 3,197 points…Also finished 4th in the high jump at the A-Sun Championships with a leap of 1.64-meters…Opened her season with two top-10 finishes at the UNCG Spartans Team Challenge where she placed 2nd in the high jump and 6th in the 60-meter hurdles (9.67)…Turned in two finishes of 9th or better in the high jump and shot put at the Mountaineer Open where she posted a throw of 12.01-meters in the shot put…Ranked 3rd in the A-Sun for the pentathlon, 6th in the high jump and 10th in the shot put.
2013 Outdoor: Named Third Team All-Conference in the heptathlon while receiving A-Sun All-Academic Team accolades…Was named A-Sun Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week on Mar. 27…Had two 3rd place finishes in the heptathlon including a 4,318 point performance at the A-Sun Championships…Set three season-best marks at the Raleigh Relays in the long jump (5.03-meters), shot put (11.54-meters) and 100-meter hurdles (16.24)…Had a best time in the 200-meter dash of 26.47 at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational…Posted a leap of 1.62-meters at the A-Sun Championships.
2012-13 Indoor: Began the season with five top-10 finishes at the Orange & Purple Winter Classic highlighted by a first-place finish in the shot put pentathlon (11.35-meters)…Finished second in flight 1 of the shot put (11.47-meters) at the Hilton Garden Invitational…Placed 4th in the pentathlon with 3176 points at the A-Sun Championships.
2012 Outdoor: Crossed the 100-meter dash line in 12.92 March 31 at the Winthrop Invitational…Registered a mark of 106-11 in the discus April 7 at the Duke Invitational…Recorded a throw of 36-08.25 in the shot put March 30 at the Winthrop Invitational…Teamed with Meagan Bailey, Shawanda Stokes and Ashley Edmond in the 400-meter relay to post a time of 51.37 March 31 at the Winthrop Invitational.
2011-12 Indoor: Posted a time of 8.51 in the 60-meter dash Jan. 27 at ETSU’s Niswonger Invitational…Recorded a toss of 33-08.00 in the shot put Feb. 4 at North Carolina’s Kent Taylor Invitational.
High School: Lettered in basketball, track & field, softball and volleyball at Lewisville High School in Richburg, S.C…Earned all-region honors for both basketball and track & field…Picked up all-state accolades in track & field…State champion in the shot put in 2009…Named track team MVP.
