Track & Field Preview: VMI Winter Classic

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – USC Upstate track and field is taking a trip north to Lexington, Va. this weekend to compete in the VMI Winter Classic on Friday, Feb. 12 and Saturday, Feb. 13. The Spartans will be competing against 18 other schools, including fellow Big South Conference member Radford.
On Friday, the track events begin at 1 p.m., with field events beginning at noon. Saturday's track events will begin at 11 a.m., with field having a 10 a.m. start.

Buccaneer Invite Recap (2/5-2/6)
The Buccaneer Invite last weekend was highlighted by six gold medals among four Spartans, 18 top-10 finishes on the women's side, and 21 top-10 finishes on the men's side. Additionally, 14 Spartans recorded personal bests at the meet.
