Men's Golf Travels Out West for the Jackrabbit Invitational

BOULDER CITY, Nev. – For the second year in a row, USC Upstate men's golf is making the spring break trip to Nevada for the 2025 Jackrabbit Invitational at Boulder City Golf Course.
Four weeks since the last competition, the Spartans return to the course, looking for a successful trip out west. Last year in this tournament, the Spartans finished seventh in a field of 12 teams.
Golfers to watch include Ross Wright, who earned Golfer of the Week honors after his performance in The Match Play. Wright was the only Spartan to win two matches and tie the third. Cameron Biddle also shined in The Match Play, highlighted by an eagle to win one of his matches, tying the other two. A new name in the Spartan lineup for the remainder of the season is Nate Heller, a junior from Watertown, New York.

About the Course: Boulder City Golf Course is nestled between three mountain ranges and is adjacent to the Hoover Dam. The 18-hole course was designed by acclaimed golf course architects Billy Casper and David Rainville.
