2013:  Selected to Second Team All-Atlantic Sun and A-Sun All-Academic Team for the second straight season…Also had two top-15 finishes highlighted by his first career victory at the Eye Opener Invitational following a time of 26:16.67…Finished 11^th at the A-Sun Championships with a season-best time in the 8K of 25:49.20.

2012:  Was named Second Team All-Atlantic Sun following his 12^th place finish at the A-Sun Championships…Also earned A-Sun All-Academic Team honors…Competed in all six events…Had two top-10 finishes led by a third-place finish at the Upstate Invite…Began his season with an eighth-place finish at the Eye Opener Invitational…Had a personal-best time in the 8K of 25:25.80 at the A-Sun Championships.

2011:  Helped the men’s team win the 2011 Atlantic Sun Championship, the program’s first team title…Upstate’s fifth finisher at the A-Sun meet, crossing the line in 26:31.31…Posted a season-best time of 25:55.90 Sept. 16 at the Clemson Invite, the sixth fastest time in school history.

2010:  Registered a personal-best at the A-Sun Championship with a time of 26:45.59 for a 50^th-place finish…Crossed the line in 27:28.53 to finish 35^th at the Upstate Invitational Oct. 16…Recorded a time of 27:31.10 at the Greater Louisville Classic Oct. 2…Posted a time of 27:32 at the Eye Opener Sept. 5, coming in 48^th…Finished in 27:52.76, taking 43^rd at the Clemson meet Sept. 17.

Prior to Upstate:  A 2010 cross country all-region honoree…Hails from Salisbury, N.C. at East Rowan High School under coach Rick Roseman…Joins the Spartans with a 4:43 1600-meter, 10:22 3200-meter and 16:19 5K.
