2021 (Junior): Placed first at the Buccaneer Invitational in the 5k (15:47.11)...Placed second at the VMI Winter classic with a personal best in the 3k (8:53.13)...Placed second at the USC Open in the 3k steeplechase (9:29.66), putting him at number two on Upstate’s all time performance list...Personal best in the 5k (15:23.86) at the Charlotte Invitational...Competed at the Big South T&F Championship with a personal best in the 3k steeplechase (9:27.59) and the 5k (15:40.69)
2020 (Sophomore): Ran distance and competed in four meets this indoor season…set a personal best in the 5000m at the Buccaneer Invite with a time of 15:36.80 for fifth place…Set a personal best in the 3000m at the Big South Indoor Championships with a time of 8:59.18 for a top-15 finish.
2019 (Freshman): Competed in distance his freshman season.
