2014-15: Saw action in seven tournaments…Played in two events in the fall and five in the spring, including the A-Sun Championship (April 19-21)…Ranked fifth on the team with a 79.6 stroke average…Turned in the fifth-lowest round of the season with a 72 at the Badger Invitational (Sept. 28)…Shot in the 70’s in seven of his final nine rounds of the year…Claimed a tie for 44th at the Coca-Cola Wofford Invitational (April 13-14) for his best finish of the season based on the size of the tournament field…A member of the A-Sun All-Academic team.
2013-14: Saw action in two tournaments, one in the fall and one in the spring...Saw his first action in the Wendy’s Kiawah Classic (Nov. 3-5)…Carded his lowest round of the season with a 78 in the final round of the tournament...Also played in the Forest Hills Collegiate (March 1)...Claimed a tie for 31st.
High School: A four-year standout at Gaffney High School...Qualified for the 4A state tournament as an individual as a junior...Claimed a tie for 18th in the tournament played at Furman...Finished tied for third in the Region III 4A tournament...Tied for 10th in the 4A Upper State tournament...An all-region selection...Named an all-area player by the Spartanburg Herald-Journal with a 36.5 stroke average...Named to the All-County team in Spartanburg...Teamed with fellow Spartan Adam Goins to help Gaffney finish third in the 4A state tournament as a freshman in 2010...Turned in a strong junior resume...Finished third in the 2012 Carolinas Golf Association (CGA) Junior Match Play...Shot 73 in his qualifying round to advance to the match play portion of the tournament...Tied for third at the 2012 Carolinas Junior PGA Championship with rounds of 68 and 73...Finished two strokes back of the tournament winner...Led the South Carolina Junior Championship after two rounds with scores of 69 and 75 before settling for a tie for ninth...The seventh-ranked junior player in South Carolina among 2013 graduates and 12th overall.
