2016-17: Named Co-Outstanding Field Performer for the women''s team after she earned Third Team All-Conference honors in the discus at the ASUN Outdoor Championships...Scored a fourth place finish in the shot put at the outdoor championships...At the ASUN Indoor Championships, she finished fifth in the shot put and ninth in the weight throw.
Before Upstate: Competed for Central State (Ohio) during the 2015-16 season...scored a fourth place finish at the SIAC Championships in the shot put.
High School: Attended Harrison HS in Farmington Mills, Mich. where she was a three-year letter winner in track & field...Qualified for two events at the state track & field championships...set record at Algonac City Classic...Top shot put throwing in Oakland County in 2014...Earned First Team All-Area honors in shot put and Third Team All-Area in discus.
Personal: Born on August 29, 1996 in Farmington Hills, Mich.…Parents are Kenneth and Betty Brown…Has one brother Kenny (26)…Brother plays baseball overseas in Turkey…Is majoring in broadcast media with a minor in marketing.
