2010 Outdoor: Set new school records in both the discus and hammer throw during the outdoor season...Chapman posted a new school mark in the discus, with his sixth-place finish in the event at the Atlantic Sun Championships (5/15/10), recording a throw of of 129-04.00...Registered his school record-breaking performance in the hammer throw at the Duke Inviatational (4/2/10), posting a throw of 157-03.00, which placed him 19th in the event and bested the previous school mark of 155-04.00 set by Marc Wartenberger in the 2009 Atlantic Sun Outdoor Championships...Recorded a trio of top three finishes at the Furman Invitational (4/10/10)... In the hammer throw, Chapman claimed the top spot after recording a toss of 44.63m. 2009-10 Indoor: Chapman performed well during the indoor season, setting new marks in the 35-lb weight toss, posting a 50.11 toss at the UNC Invitational (2/12/10), while also setting a new school standard in the shot put, with a throw of 41-06.00 at the Atlantic Sun Championships (2/26/10)...At the Vince Brown Invitational, Chapman posted a seventh-place finish with a throw of 48-01.75 (2/6/10)...Garnered Atlantic Sun Athlete of the Week recognition after his performance at the Vince Brown Invitational in which he set a new school mark in the weight toss, which he would later break at the A-Sun Championships, while also posting an impressive throw of of 40-08.25 (2/6/2010) in the shot put...Recorded a fifth-place finish in the weight throw, posting a throw of 47-01.75 at the A-Sun Championships (2/27/10).
2009 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the hammer throw at the A-Sun Championships, earning points for the Spartans (5/15) ...
