2013-14 Indoor: Compiled six top-10 finishes…Opened the season with a 6th place finish in the 55-meter hurdles at the Appalachian Invitational with a season-best time of 8.01…Recorded three to-10 finishes that the UNCG Spartans Team Challenge highlighted by a 5th place performance in the 60-meter hurdles (8.65); also finished 7th in the 60-meter dash and 9th in the 200-meter dash…Had 9th place finishes in the 200-meter dash at the Mountaineer Open and A-Sun Championships…Set two season-best marks at the Appalachian Invitational in the long jump (5.85-meters) and 200-meter dash (23.70)…Ran a 7.36 in the 60-meter dash twice at the Niswonger Invitational and Hilton Garden Invitational.
2013 Outdoor: Ran in both track and field events during the season…Earned four top-10 finishes while competing in all seven meets…Finished third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational with a time of 57.66…Had a best finish in the long jump of 9th at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational with a throw of 6.27-meters…Compiled a time of 23.25 in the 200-meter dash at the Johnson C. 2012 Outdoor: Posted a time of 16.07 in the 110-meter hurdles March 16 at Charlotte’s 49er Classic…Recorded a time of 56.12 in the 400-meter hurdles April 21 at the A-Sun Outdoor Championships.
2011-12 Indoor: Recorded a time of 8.47 in the 55-meter hurdles Jan. 19 at the Appalachian State Invite…Posted a time of 8.95 in the 60-meter hurdles Feb. 11 at Clemson’s Tiger Paw Invitational…Registered a time of 23.91 in the 200-meter Feb. 18 at the A-Sun Indoor Championships…Crossed the 300-meter finish line in 38.27 Feb. 11 at Clemson’s Tiger Paw Invitational…Turned in a time of 52.98 in the 400-meter Feb. 18 at the A-Sun Indoor Championships…Teamed with Thomas Perkins, Danny Moore and Davey Dennison Jan. 19 in the 1,600-meter relay at App State, recording a time of 3:37.78.
2011 Outdoor: Recorded times of 23.57 and 52.65 in the 200-meter and 400-meter events, respectively…Registered a time of 56.28 in the 400-meter hurdles.
2010-11 Indoor: Posted a time of 9.20 in the 60-meter hurdles Feb. 11 at the Tiger Paw Invitational at Clemson…Crossed the line in 23.98 in the 200-meter Feb. 4 at Niswonger Invitational at ETSU…Registered a time of 38.71 in the 300-meter Dec. 4 at Clemson’s Orange and Purple Winter Classic…Recorded a time of 52.64 in the 400-meter Feb. 19 at the Atlantic Sun Conference Indoor Championship.
Prior to Upstate: Earned three letters in track at Spartanburg High School…Won the Coaches Award...Competed in the 400-meter hurdles, the 400-meters and the 110-meter hurdles at Spartanburg High School...Also earned four letters in swimming.
