2013-14 Indoor:  Had a top-10 finish in both the 3000-meter run and 5000-meter run…Had a best finish of 3^rd in the 3000-meter run at the Mountaineer Open…Ran a time of 9:23.94 in the 3000-meter run during the Hilton Garden Invitational…Was 7^th in the 5000-meter run (16:29.62) at the Niswonger Invitational.

2013 Outdoor:  Took part in all seven events…Tallied three top-10 finishes on the season highlighted by his first career victory in the 5000-meter run following a time of 15:31.70 at the Charlotte Invitational…Ran the 1500-meter in 4:06.11 to place sixth at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational…Turned in a time of 1:59.05 in the 800-meter run during the Charlotte 49er Classic.

2011-12 Indoor:  Posted a time of 1:57.68 in the 800-meter Feb. 18 at the A-Sun Indoor Championships…Recorded a time of 4:31.40 in the one mile run Jan. 19 at the Appalachian State Invite…Crossed the 3,000-meter finish line in 8:46.21 Feb. 17 at the A-Sun Indoor Championships.

2011 Outdoor:  Registered a time of 1:57.24 in the 800-meter at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C. April 2…Crossed the 1,500-meter finish line in 4:06.64 April 2 at the Tiger Paw Invitational.

2010-11 Indoor:  Ran the mile in 4:40.34 Jan. 29 at the JRF Combined Events Invitational in Clemson, S.C…Posted a time of 9:07.67 in the 3,000-meter Feb. 18 at the Atlantic Sun Indoor Championships in Johnson City, Tenn., helping the Spartans to a fourth-place finish…Recorded a time of 15:57.21 in the 5,000-meter at the A-Sun Championships Feb. 19.
