2025 (SOPHOMORE): Competed throughout his second cross country season at USC Upstate…opened the season at the Eye Opener with an 8K time of 26:30.6, finishing 50th overall…recorded a collegiate-best 8K time of 25:41.3 at the Queen City Invite, finishing 47th overall…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 31st with a time of 26:25.8…continued competing for USC Upstate during the 2025-26 indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…posted collegiate-best marks of 1:57.31 in the 800m, 3:58.72 in the 1500m, 4:20.60 in the mile, 8:49.54 in the 3000m and 15:06.59 in the 5000m…ran his 5000m personal best at the 2026 Electric City Invitational, finishing third overall…finished 16th in the 5000m at the 2026 Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2024 (FRESHMAN): Competed in his first collegiate cross country season…made his USC Upstate debut at the Covered Bridge Open, finishing the 6K course in 20:26.1 and placing 58th overall…earned Big South Male Freshman of the Week honors following his early-season performance…competed at the Louisville Classic, posting an 8K time of 28:10.1…recorded a time of 27:35.5 at the Upstate Invite…posted a then-personal-best 8K time of 26:37.1 at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 41st overall…finished his freshman cross country season with collegiate bests of 20:26.1 in the 6K, 26:37.1 in the 8K and 34:21.3 in the 10K…continued into the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…finished fifth in the 1500m at the 2025 Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championship.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Mauldin High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Mavericks…developed into one of Mauldin's top distance and middle-distance runners…posted a 5K cross country time of 16:32.0 at the 2022 Region 1-5A Championship, leading Mauldin's season-best performance list…entered USC Upstate with recruiting marks of 16:31 in the 5K, 4:31 in the 1600m and 9:57 in the 3200m…signed with USC Upstate to continue his cross country and track and field career at the NCAA Division I level.
