2025 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during her junior cross country season…opened the season with a 21:35.7 in the 5K at the Eye Opener, finishing 76th overall…posted a collegiate-best 5K time of 20:07.8 at the Queen City Invite, finishing 124th…ran 21:15.4 at the Louisville Classic before posting a 20:29.8 at the Upstate Invite…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 64th with a time of 20:25.1…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, setting a 6K personal best of 25:28.7 and finishing 251st overall.
2024 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in seven meets during her sophomore cross country season…opened the season with a 21:43.6 at the Covered Bridge Open…posted a 21:15.8 at the Eye Opener…made her first collegiate 6K appearance of the season at the Converse Kick-Off, finishing in 26:37.0…ran 21:07.0 at the Louisville Classic and 21:12.3 at the Upstate Invite…finished 68th at the Big South Cross Country Championship with a then-personal-best 5K time of 20:41.8…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, finishing the 6K course in 26:57.0…posted a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall semester, helping USC Upstate earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors for the 10th consecutive season.
2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in six meets during her first collegiate cross country season…made her USC Upstate debut at the Eye Opener, running 22:07.9 in the 5K…lowered her time to 20:58.7 at the Covered Bridge Open…competed at the Live in Lou XC Classic and Upstate Invitational…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 61st with a time of 21:02.0…concluded her freshman season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 6K course in 25:52.7 and finishing 236th overall.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Dutch Fork High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Silver Foxes…developed as a middle-distance and distance runner during her prep career before joining USC Upstate's cross country and track and field programs…joined the Spartans as part of a 2023 freshman class that also included Grace Glassmeyer, Allison Kammer, Gaby Sanchez and Jordan Thornton.
