2025 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in six meets during his sophomore cross country season…opened the season with an 8K time of 27:07.1 at the Eye Opener…lowered his season best to 26:38.9 at the Queen City Invite…posted a time of 26:00.5 at the Louisville Classic…recorded a collegiate-best 8K time of 25:45.3 at the Upstate Invite…finished 30th at the Big South Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:24.0…competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 10K course in a collegiate-best 33:32.9…finished 176th overall and as the second USC Upstate runner across the line at the NCAA Southeast Regional…moved up 56 positions following the 2K mark during the regional race…continued competing for the Spartans during the 2025-26 track and field seasons…posted collegiate-best marks of 4:35.79 in the mile, 9:04.65 in the 3000m, 15:32.92 in the 5000m and 33:01.77 in the 10,000m.
2024 (FRESHMAN): Competed in six meets during his first collegiate cross country season…made his collegiate debut at the Covered Bridge Open, completing the 6K course in 22:46.1…posted an 8K time of 29:37.8 at the Eye Opener…ran 27:22.4 at the Louisville Classic…lowered his 8K best to 26:36.5 at the Upstate Invite…finished 37th at the Big South Cross Country Championship with a then-personal-best time of 26:29.0…made his NCAA postseason debut at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 10K course in 35:03.9.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Dorman High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Cavaliers before continuing his distance running career at USC Upstate.
