2025 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during his junior cross country season at USC Upstate…opened the season at the Eye Opener, completing the 8K course in 26:27.4 and finishing 47th overall…ran 27:39.7 at the Queen City Invite before posting a 26:13.5 at the Louisville Classic…recorded a career-best 8K time of 25:29.8 at the Upstate Invite, finishing 38th overall…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 28th overall with a time of 26:16.4…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, posting a career-best 10K time of 34:11.5 and finishing 197th overall…continued competing during the 2025-26 indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…posted a career-best mile time of 4:27.30 at the VMI Invitational, finishing third…recorded a career-best 3000m time of 8:56.13 at the Winter Relays…ran a then-indoor-best 5000m time of 15:46.00 at the Tryon Winter Classic…lowered his overall 5000m personal best to 15:24.30 at the Charlotte 49er Classic during the outdoor season.
2024 (SOPHOMORE): Competed during his third year as a member of USC Upstate’s cross country and track and field programs…continued developing as a middle-distance and distance runner…turned in a strong track season, posting an indoor 800m time of 2:00.80 at the VMI Winter Classic and a mile time of 4:32.53…recorded outdoor marks of 2:01.35 in the 800m and 4:12.94 in the 1500m at the Georgia Tech Invitational…helped the Spartans’ 4x800m relay run 8:02.98 at the Charlotte 49er Classic.
2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in five meets during the 2023 cross country season…opened the year with a 29:40.8 in the 8K at the Eye Opener…lowered his time to 27:42.4 at the Covered Bridge Open…ran 27:37.9 at the Live in Lou XC Classic and 27:18.3 at the Upstate Invitational…posted a then-career-best 8K time of 27:00.1 at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 37th overall…made his first NCAA Southeast Regional appearance, completing the 10K course in 34:41.2 and finishing 211th…also competed throughout the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons.
2022 (FRESHMAN): Began his collegiate cross country career at USC Upstate…made his Spartan debut at the Eye Opener, running 29:43.4 in the 8K…posted a 29:44.3 at the Firetower Project Open and 28:20.1 at the Louisville Classic…lowered his collegiate 8K best to 27:45.9 at the Upstate Invitational…represented USC Upstate at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 66th with a time of 28:51.5…continued into his first collegiate indoor and outdoor track and field seasons, competing in events ranging from the 800m through the 3000m.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Powdersville High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Patriots…was part of the Powdersville distance program from an early age, recording a 5K time of 19:28.0 as an eighth grader…helped contribute to one of South Carolina’s established high school distance programs before continuing his cross country and track and field career at USC Upstate.
