2025 (JUNIOR): Competed in all six meets during her first cross country season at USC Upstate…made her Spartan debut at the Eye Opener, finishing 58th overall with a 5K time of 20:25.3…lowered her time to 19:24.4 at the Queen City Invite, finishing as Upstate’s second runner across the line…posted a time of 19:40.7 at the Louisville Classic…finished the Upstate Invite in 19:32.8…represented the Spartans at the Big South Cross Country Championship, finishing 42nd overall with a time of 19:25.0…concluded the season at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 6K course in 23:38.9 and finishing 220th overall…posted a perfect 4.0 GPA during the fall semester, helping USC Upstate earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors for the 11th consecutive season…continued competing for the Spartans during the 2025-26 indoor track and field season…set the USC Upstate indoor school record in the 600m with a time of 1:37.41 at the Tryon Winter Classic…posted an indoor 800m personal best of 2:20.80 at the VMI Invitational.
2024 (SOPHOMORE – SPARTANBURG METHODIST): Competed in her second cross country season at Spartanburg Methodist…posted a 19:44.8 in the 5K at the Eye Opener…ran 19:42.8 at the Brevard XC Classic…recorded a collegiate-best 5K time of 19:01.1 at the NAIA Appalachian Challenge…competed at the Continental Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships, completing the 6K course in 24:42.3…concluded the season at the NAIA Cross Country Championships, setting a collegiate-best 6K time of 23:23.2.
2023 (FRESHMAN – SPARTANBURG METHODIST): Began her collegiate cross country career at Spartanburg Methodist…posted a 20:54.2 at the Queen City Invite before lowering her 5K time to 20:10.9 at the Yeti Invitational…ran 20:45.0 at the Upstate Invitational…finished runner-up at the NJCAA Region X Championship with a time of 20:34.1…qualified for the NJCAA Division I Cross Country Championships, finishing 56th nationally with a time of 19:49.0…also represented Spartanburg Methodist at the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships…earned NJCAA First Team All-Academic honors in both women’s cross country and half marathon.
PRIOR TO COLLEGE: Attended Dutch Fork High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field for the Silver Foxes…competed in both distance and hurdle events during her prep career…represented Dutch Fork at major South Carolina cross country and track and field meets before beginning her collegiate career at Spartanburg Methodist.
