2025 (SOPHOMORE): Competed during his second cross country season at USC Upstate…opened the season with an 8K time of 27:42.2 at the Eye Opener, finishing 73rd overall…posted a season-best 8K time of 26:43.5 at the Louisville Classic…finished the Upstate Invite with a time of 27:46.7…continued competing for the Spartans during the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons…posted collegiate-best marks of 4:24.80 in the mile and 9:09.42 in the 3000m…competed in the 3000m steeplechase during the outdoor season, posting a collegiate-best time of 9:47.00…finished ninth in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2025 Big South Outdoor Track and Field Championship with a time of 10:00.00.
2024 (FRESHMAN): Competed during his first collegiate cross country season…made his collegiate debut at the Eye Opener, completing the 8K course in 27:27.5…lowered his 8K personal best at the Converse Kick Off, finishing 75th overall and earning Big South Freshman of the Week honors…continued lowering his times throughout his freshman campaign…recorded a collegiate-best 8K time of 26:08.9…also competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional, completing the 10K course in a collegiate-best 34:50.6…finished his freshman cross country season with personal-best marks of 20:56.7 in the 6K, 26:08.9 in the 8K and 34:50.6 in the 10K.
PRIOR TO USC UPSTATE: Attended Stratford High School (S.C.)…competed in cross country and track and field…posted a high school personal-best 5K time of 16:09…recorded personal-best track marks of 4:45.95 in the 1600m and 9:56.45 in the 3200m…earned First Team All-Region honors during his prep career…earned First Team All-County recognition…helped Stratford finish third in the region…selected to the 2023 Shrine Bowl Run Team, an honor reserved for 20 of the top senior runners from South Carolina's state championship meets…served as a varsity runner throughout his prep career before continuing his distance career at USC Upstate.
